haloedit to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application haloedit to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

An all inclusive halo editor/creator, will be mostly targeted toward halo1 until that segment has reached a late stage of development. After that it will be on to halo2 and 3. All are welcome to contribute please use Visual C# 2008.
