We have hosted the application gwt mapfish in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

I see there are still some downloads, so I feel I have to advise against using this project. It barely has any functionality, and anyway you'd be better off with home-made GWT widgets and Java logic. GWT-OpenLayers is OK, but don't go further in JS-library wrapping, or it gets messy.
