We have hosted the application gudm in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about gudm:

Global Unified Data Modeler (GUDM) is a bioinformatics software tool used for pre-processing and integrating multiple heterogeneous datasets, collected from multi-modal sources, into an integrated dataset. This integrated dataset is supposed to be used for different types of medical analysis and unified decisions, using different machine learning approaches.

Features:

• Reading and Loading multiple data files from multiple heterogeneous data sources
• Pre-processing the individual dataset
• Finding intrinsic relationship across all the datasets
• Filling missing values
• Reducing all the imported datasets to be uniform in terms of number of instances
• Creating unified data model and integrating the datasets to form a unified dataset
• Exporting the dataset in multiple file formats.
