We have hosted the application gruppi in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about gruppi:

Finds conserved regions in the aminoacid sequences of proteins by looking at multiple sequences of a protein family. Also allows comparison between user-defined groups of protein sequences.

Audience: Developers, End Users/Desktop.
