We have hosted the application gqview for win32 in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

GQview is an excellent image viewer under Linux. GQview-win is the Win32 porting from Linux. It works on Win32 API not CYGWIN. The development enviroment is MinGW and GTK+ for windows.
