Build 160105: Bump to GDL 0.9.6. From this version, the installer also installs an IDL-like dedicated IDE for GDL (called GDL Workbench). The source code of the IDE is available in the GDL main source tree, and your contribution is urgently needed!

Newly available procedures/functions - FILE_SEARCH (needs test), FILE_EXPAND_PATH(needs test), FILE_READLINK(needs test), WRITE_TIFF, POLYWARP, DIALOG_MESSAGE, and DIALOG_PICKFILE.
