We have hosted the application glassbrain in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about glassbrain:

Glass Brain is a tool specifically designed for displaying neural connections within the human brain given multidimensional scan data and a connectivity graph. This project benefits from Qt, VTK, ITK, and CMake.

Features:

• Loads NIFTI datasets
• Can save large format OpenGL renders as PNGs, JPEGs, BMPs, or TIFFs.
