get sock pid

We have hosted the application get sock pid in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about get sock pid:

Simple command line tool for listing what programs have open sockets. Get_sock_pids output shows: program name, pid, port, type, and state (a feature netstat is missing on FreeBSD).

Right now only for FreeBSD 4.x.
