We have hosted the application geneusim to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about geneusim to run in windows online over linux online:

A small simulator for Mendelian genetics, genetic drift, natural selection and random mutations, built on matplotlib and wxpython. A graph will be generated that traces the distribution of genotypes at successive generations.
