We have hosted the application genetext in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about genetext:

The goal of the GeneText project is the development of a software package that will enable users to dynamically generate an information summary page from multiple sources given a search term. Fields of interest are biology, genetics and bioinformatics.

Audience: Advanced End Users.

Programming Language: Perl, Java.
Database Environment: JDBC, Berkeley/Sleepycat/Gdbm (DBM).
