We have hosted the application fstatsim to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

The software takes the initial gene correlations obtained as initial data, or from a Genepop file, and simulates the transgenerational transition of both the gene correlations and the fixation indices (Fls, Fil y Fis) for any number of generations.
