foxen to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application foxen to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Foxen has recently been revived by the original author, and will undergo major design changes. The original Pygame version will remain available, but will be stored in the 'old' branch in SVN.
