flint

We have hosted the application flint in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about flint:

Flint is a simulator for biological and physiological models written in CellML, PHML and/or SBML.

Features:

• It can solve ordinary differential equations numerically, and more.
• It runs on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux etc.
• It provides graphical user interface on top of command-line interface.
