fix mt4 gateway

We have hosted the application fix mt4 gateway in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about fix mt4 gateway:

This gateway allows to control MT4 metatrader terminal by an external program using Fix protocol. In particular it allows to read quotes from charts and to execute trading orders. Market and limit orders are supported.
