filesystem check daemon and report prgm online with Winfy

We have hosted the application filesystem check daemon and report prgm in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about filesystem check daemon and report prgm:

fs-check checks filesystem sizes to see if they are getting too full. It uses a configuration file that specifies the filesystems to check, email contacts, trigger thresholds (percentage or amount used/unused), and a report program to run.
