Exercises Dataset is a structured fitness exercise dataset and developer setup resource for building workout, wellness, and training applications. It contains 1,324 exercise records with metadata such as name, body part, target muscle, supporting muscles, equipment, and step-by-step instructions. The instructions are available in six languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, and Chinese. The repository also includes a client-side exercise browser that lets users search, filter, and inspect exercise details without running a server. A separate setup guide helps developers generate database schemas, SQL inserts, backend API examples, and LLM prompts for app scaffolding. Media files are not bundled, but each record keeps a media reference for applications that can legally use the original assets.
