etc proposals

We have hosted the application etc proposals in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about etc proposals:

For gentoo-users, who like the commandline, etc-proposals is a gentoo configuration file updater, that, unlike etc-update and dispatch-conf, allows updating of selected fileparts and different frontends (readline, gtk2, qt4).

Audience: System Administrators.
User interface: Gnome, KDE, Console/Terminal.
Programming Language: Python.
