We have hosted the application easyvideocat in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

EasyVideoCat is ffmpeg based program for cut fragments out of movies without reencoding.
For Windows 32/64? systems
This is an OpenSource program.
It's written in PHP.
Environment: DevelStudio 2012.

Notes:
It has not been tested under *nix machines. You can try to run DevelStudio environment under Linux, using Wine "emulator", for example and compile the source code.
