easy ws reliability

We have hosted the application easy ws reliability in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about easy ws reliability:

Provides a portable C++ API and implementation of WS-Reliability.
Provides C++ message element classes and implements SOAP messaging using EasySoap. Uses Boost, expat, and optionally gSoap.
Soon: Finite state machine protocol implementation.
