dc2irc relay online with Winfy

We have hosted the application dc2irc relay in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about dc2irc relay:

A NMDC to IRC relay server. Exposes itself as an IRC server that an IRC client can connect to then join a channel corresponding to the hub address that will allow chat access to a NMDC compliant hub. Works well with eggdrop bots to provide games.
