cynic projects

We have hosted the application cynic projects in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cynic projects:

CAPS or the Cynic Advanced Package System is not what i would call a CMS, it is a package manager. Via CAPS administrators can install various packages that handles blogging, forums, uploading or whaatever you want.

Audience: Developers, Management, System Administrators.

Programming Language: PHP.
Database Environment: MySQL, PostgreSQL (pgsql), SQLite.
