copy handler

We have hosted the application copy handler in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about copy handler:

Copy Handler program is a small tool designed for copy/move files and folders between different storage medias. Currently it works only in Windows systems, however in the future more platforms should be supported.

Audience: Advanced End Users.
User interface: Win32 (MS Windows).
