comm svr online with Winfy

We have hosted the application comm svr in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about comm svr:

comm_svr is a communication software. It's now support Modbus RTU on serial and TCP(Master and Slave all supported).
comm_svr use Qt4.8.5 and POCO C++ 1.4.6.
Now, the release is on Win32 and Raspberry Pi(Debian).
