We have hosted the application chessxtra in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about chessxtra:

ChessXtra is a script xtra for Macromedia Director that uses GnuChess as a library to play chess. We (www.theblip.com) used it previously to power our chess-playing bot, and figured the community at large could use/improve on what we've got.
