We have hosted the application cgi irc in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cgi irc:

A Perl/CGI program to use IRC from a web browser without having to have access to an IRC port or Java (but it does need a frames compatable browser).

Audience: End Users/Desktop, System Administrators.
User interface: Web-based.
Programming Language: C, JavaScript, Perl.
