We have hosted the application cellmap in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cellmap:

CellMAP: an open-source software tool to batch-process cell topography and elasticity maps collected by atomic force microscopy. The software enables synchronized selection among multiple datasets.
