We have hosted the application cellgraphs in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cellgraphs:

Cellgraphs are a datastructure to describe cells in tissue. They are being used to analyze CD30+ cells in Hodgkin Lymphoma by the Molecular Bioinformatics group at Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Currently, you can only download our CellProfiler pipeline from this page.
