If you just want to download and run the executable you will need the gambas3-runtime package installed. Check with your distribution's repositories, Ubuntu users may need to add a PPA, others may have to compile it from source.

This will be part of a suite of tools to be included in a customized Linux distribution geared toward PC diagnostics and recovery.
