We have hosted the application cartoff in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cartoff:

CartOff is a .NET 4.0 port of the public domain USGS GCTP software, with datum transformation added. Coordinates may be converted between latitude/longitude to or from local grid coordinates for several common projections.
