c functor library

We have hosted the application c functor library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about c functor library:

cppfunctor is a project that provides a set of template-classes which manage functors (and functions)
and even methodpointer in one single interface. It can be used similar to SigC as a Event/Callback
system (e.g. for GUI libraries).

Audience: Developers.
