broom

We have hosted the application broom in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about broom:

broom is part of the tidymodels ecosystem that converts statistical model outputs (e.g. from lm, glm, t.test, lme4, etc.) into tidy tibbles � standardized data frames � using functions tidy(), glance(), and augment(). These are easier to manipulate, visualize, and report programmatically.

Features:

• tidy() extracts summary info per model term (e.g. coefficients, SE, p-values)
• glance() returns model-level metrics (e.g. AIC, BIC, R�)
• augment() adds fitted values/residuals to original data
• Supports over 100+ model types across CRAN packages
• Enables pipeline-friendly result extraction for plotting or reporting
• Integrates with tidyverse tooling and workflows
