We have hosted the application biocity in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about biocity:

bioCity is a continuous space, discrete time simulation written in C++. It is meant to be of use to population biologists. Rules of behaviour are given to individuals that move, live, die, and procreate.

Audience: End Users/Desktop, Science/Research.
User interface: Console/Terminal.
