biere

We have hosted the application biere in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about biere:

This soft parses BDM files and outputs statistics regarding to 2 thresholds : length of the sequence and e-value.
The statistics generated are stored in *.txt files and provides these informations :
- sequences that pass the thresholds
- number of appereance of these sequences.
