baseline test framework

We have hosted the application baseline test framework in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about baseline test framework:

Tests run in a deterministic manner. Allow for reusable test building blocks. Test output is compared to the baseline expected value. New tests can be added without writing new code.
