We have hosted the application bandwidth control in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Bandwidth Control is a modest but robust packet shaper able to perform most common tasks of traffic shaping (QoS). With Bandwidth Control + mrtg + Redhat/Centos Linux you will get a perfect control over your network limiting the bandwidth usage.

User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon).
