Quick description about badchannel:

BadChannel.dll is a user-configurable plugin for the mIRC Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client, which will automatically remove (kick and ban) users from a protected channel who are on a user-configurable list of 'bad' channels. The bad channel list is maint.
