We have hosted the application astres in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about astres:

ASTRES is used in a helpdesk of the french civil aviation and allow to manage customer tickets (with workflow and level tree-view), internal actions between actors, diffused/received documents, sent/received material, planning, stats, reporting, news.

Audience: Customer Service, Information Technology.
User interface: Web-based.
Programming Language: JavaScript, PHP, XSL (XSLT/XPath/XSL-FO).
