apl library

We have hosted the application apl library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about apl library:

This is a collection of APL libraries.

It was developed in gnu-apl but should be easily ported to other versions.

Our objective is adding functionality that is available in more recently created languages.

• read and write unicode files
