We have hosted the application allchars in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about allchars:

AllChars provides a quick, easy-to-remember way of creating accents like � � � � � and special characters like � � � � � � � � 1/2 � � � � � in most Windows programs. AllChars emulates the *nix Compose key on Windows.
