admin11 kernel

We have hosted the application admin11 kernel in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about admin11 kernel:

Custom kernel for my personal use, but I put it here. Maybe someone wants to try. Orientation to improve user experience.

*Note : Fast charging (full speed charging) is disabled by default, to enable it copy paste this on terminal and then enter:
echo "Y" > /sys/module/smb_lib/parameters/skip_thermal

**Note : Starting from r10 (Rebase to android 10), this kernel will have minimal features (only the features that I actually use will be included in my kernel). Below the r10 version have more features like wiregurd, iosched custom, custom gov, support more controllers, etc.
