adcptools to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application adcptools to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about adcptools to run in windows online over linux online:

adcptools is a set of Matlab functions to post-process acoustic Doppler current profiler data. It consists of several low-level function to read out data files and several functions to process data from repeat transect measurements, moored turbulence measurements and horizontal ADCP deployments.

• Read raw binary files (Currently only support Teledyne RDI files)
• Read NMEA files
• Perform coordinate transformations (Beam-Instrument-Ship-Earth)
• Post process repeat transects datasets
• Reduce extent of homogeneity assumption
• Fit velocity models (Taylor expansions, Tidal models, log-profile) directly to the beam velocities
