Quick description about adalink:

Creates links on Joomla articles to http: //diavgeia.gov.gr when displaying ADA codes (About Transparency and Openness Policies of the Greek Government files).
For example when code �???: ?41?0-57?� appears, automatically generated link to pdf file at et.diavgeia.gov.gr/.
