mod epp for apache 2 online with Winfy

We have hosted the application mod epp for apache 2 in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

This module adds support for the Extensible Provisioning Protocol "EPP" to an Apache 2 server. An full EPP server can thus be implemented as CGI scripts with the Apache 2 request framework.
