ist shaper

We have hosted the application ist shaper in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ist shaper:

Ist Shaper is easy to configure but powerfull shaper using Apache like confuguration files.
It uses iptables and tc to prioritize and limit outgoing traffic on a linux box.
By default it uses HTB classes combined with iptables CLASSIFY extension.

User interface: Console/Terminal, Command-line.
