irc connection class online with Winfy

We have hosted the application irc connection class in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about irc connection class:

This PHP class offers the opportunity to connect to an IRC Server via PHP. It is not written for a special version of PHP or OS. Theoretically you can use it everywhere.
The problem is to make the class compatible to all existing IRC Daemons.
