chimsim online with Winfy

We have hosted the application chimsim in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about chimsim:

ChimSim takes a reference set of sequences, e.g. transcript library or cDNA library, and generates a second corresponding set in which a user specified portion of the input sequences are chimeric. It has been designed to explore the effects of chimerism on downstream bioinformatics analysis. More details will follow shortly.
